Blackstone Raid

Blackstone Raid is the barony’s premiere event, drawing attendees from across the kingdom and beyond for a weekend of combat, classes, and revelry.

New Event - Tournament of the Wicker Man

We will be hosting a new event in early November. As the leaves change their colors and the days grow short, the Barony of Blackstone Mountain invites you to the inaugural Tournament of the Wickerman, to be held at the picturesque Jackson County Junior Fairgrounds in Cottageville, West Virginia. Join us for a fun filled weekend of Equestrian, Fighting, Fencing, Archery, Thrown Weapons, Bardic, Children’s Activities, and Arts and Sciences. Prizes will be awarded to the winner of each tournament held. Write down your wishes and hopes for the coming year and send them to the heavens as we celebrate the harvest season with the burning of a wickerman on Saturday night. Spend time with friends and loved ones enjoying a weekend of decadent foods and treats provided by our feastcrats THL Verena von Talhain and Mastarina Astridr Vigaskegg.
